Unstructured Copy Integrations

Find user data contained in unstructured format such as documents and pdfs

Some integrations such as Google Drive contain data in files where it is possible for documents to contain multiple private information such as a spreadsheet of customer records with emails etc.

The unstructured copy flow allows the agent to find such records and redact private information.

This feature is currently in an early stage and therefore has some limitations:

• Currently only supported integration is Google Drive.
• The max number of files copied right now stands on 20.
• The max file size is 1MB.
• Only file types that are supported are PDFs and files that can be exported (by the integration) as PDFs.

Handling copy request with unstructured data redaction:

1. On a copy request, hit collect data
   
2. Once data is collected a button labeled "redact" will appear if any records are detected
   
3. Click the "redact" button to open the redaction tool.
4. Mark any information which should be redacted.
5. Click "save" and repeat for each file on the list.
6. Once finished, return to the request page and continue with any remaining redaction processes.
7. When done, compile report.
