      Templated responses - Multiple language

      Learn how to configure your DSR responses to work with multiple languages and localizations.

      1. Navigate to your "DSR setup" section

      2. Choose the "Template localizations" option from the DSR Setup menu.

      3. Select the "+ Add language" option to include the appropriate locales and languages.

      4. All templates will now have the capability to be translated into the selected locales and languages.
