Automating your privacy requests fulfillment by integrating MineOS to Vitally

This integration allows you to automate delete & copy requests for Vitally

    Before you start

    • Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
    • Make sure you have sufficient permissions to create an api key - Account Admin permissions

     

    Setting up

    Mine for Business

    1. From your Mine for Business account, select Data Sources and search for Vitally.
    2. Open the configuration page for Vitally data source.
    3. Log in to your Vitally account.
    4. Log in to your Vitally account.
    5. On the navigation menu, click the settings icon and then click Integrations.
    6. Click Vitally API.
    7. Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure MineOS integration.
    8. Get your Workspace / Subdomain:
      You can find your subdomain in the URL used to log into Vitally (i.e., https://yoursubdomain.vitally.io)
    9. Get your account API Key at: https://{your_workspace_name}.vitally.io/integrations/public-api
    10. Or go to Integrations in the side panel:
    11. Select Vitally REST API integration.
    12. Generate and copy your Secret Token to use as API Key:
    13. Go back to MineOS site
    14. In Request Handling > click on Integration

    13. Enter your Api key and your Workspace (Subdomain)
    14. Enter the cluster you are using (I.E US or EU), the US cluster is the default in case none is specified

    Note: these additions are due recent changes in Vitally API endpoints management, separating the EU and US Clusters.

    15. Click on "Test your integration" for verification.

    16. Finally click on Save to complete the process.

     

    Note: Base URL

    1. If you are in the EU region, your base URL will be rest.vitally-eu.io.

    2. If you are in the US region, your base URL will be <subdomain>.rest.vitally.io.

    3. > NOTE: Replace <subdomain> with the subdomain found in your Vitally URL. > For example, if your Vitally URL is https://yoursubdomain.vitally.io, your base URL will be yoursubdomain.rest.vitally.io
