Before You Start
Ask your customer success manager for a setup link for the Slack Notifications automation.Setting up
- Click the setup link you have received, and click "Configure the integration" to start the setup flow:
- Authorize MineOS connection to your Slack workspace by clicking "Connect" and following the onscreen instructions:
- Choose the Slack channel to which you want to receive notifications. Note: both public and private channels are supported, but not DMs or groups.
- Once you finish configuring the integration ,you should get a confirmation screen saying the integration is enabled.
- Last, notify your customer success manager that you have completed the configuration and wish to activate the integration. Once activated, you will receive a Slack notification for any new DSR:
