Automating your privacy requests fulfillment by integrating MineOS with Twilio
About the Twilio Integration
What it does:
- When a DSR of type deletion is processed, it deletes all messages sent to the user's phone number. These messages include both SMS and Whatsapp.
- When a DSAR of type copy is processed, it will return all messages sent to the user's phone number. These messages include both SMS and Whatsapp.
- Twilio requires the user's phone number, you might need to provide it when the integration runs.
