Mira AI: your AI agents for Privacy and Risk

Mira AI is MineOS’s vertical AI engine: a team of specialized agents that observe, decide, and act across privacy, risk, and compliance—turning manual, repetitive tasks into automated, explainable workflows.

Agents

The following agents are on our product roadmap and will be introduced gradually. Availability may vary by workspace and plan.

  • Privacy Specialist — Finds missing assessments (e.g., RoPA, DPIA, TIA) and prepares suggested answers for privacy/security/AI assessments using context (schema, existing answers, uploaded docs) Value: closes compliance gaps proactively.

  • Vendor Scout Agent — Enriches vendor records with AI (server locations, business unit mapping, usage impact, and more) using public sources + company context. Value: clean, complete vendor profiles that unlock smoother TPRM and renewals.

  • Risk Analyst — Continuously surfaces and prioritizes risks from systems, vendors, and flows. Value: early intervention, not after-the-fact reports.

  • Discovery Agent (Radar / Data Mapper) — Discovers systems and classifies personal data to keep inventories live. Value: a trustworthy source of truth for everything else.

  • TPRM Expert — Auto-fills vendor questionnaires with evidence and flags gaps. Value: shorter review cycles and faster vendor onboarding.

  • AI Governor — Controls and documents AI system usage and risks. Value: aligns AI dev/use with regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).

  • Autofill Agent - Automaticlly fills assessments. Value: saves time by suggesting pre-filled fields.
  • DSR Autopilot Agent— Automates DSR workflows from intake and validation to evidence collection. Value: Eliminates backlogs and ensures on-time, audit-ready compliance.
  • eDiscovery Agent — Executes deep searches via defined workflows, then applies customizable instructions to redact and format data. Value: Skips manual prep; jump straight into review with documents already tailored to your instructions.

Privacy, Security, Legal, Risk, Procurement, Compliance owners—anyone responsible for assessments, vendors, DSRs, or governance.

Where can I see the Agents?

You can find the available agents in the left-hand navigation menu under Mira AI Agents. Here, you can monitor their status (Enabled/Disabled). If an agent is not included in your current plan, you will see a note to "Talk to your CSM to enable this agent."

FAQs

Is AI overwriting my answers in assessments?
No. Agents propose suggestions. Nothing replaces an answer until you accept it.

Where do agents get context?
From your workspace (schemas, answers, inventory), uploaded docs, vendor pages/trust centers, and closed lists of values you configure. Some agents, such as the eDiscovery agent, works with customized instructions defined by each customer.

What about accuracy?
Agents prefer verifiable sources and minimal valid answers. If uncertain, they leave blanks.
