Automate your privacy request fulfillment by integrating MineOS with Iris. This integration allows you to automate DSRs by anonymizing or accessing customer data from Iris.
This integration allows you to automate anonymization and copy requests of user data from Iris.
The Iris API does not support deletion.
As a result, all DSR Delete requests will anonymize user data
The Iris integration currently only supports Copy for the 3 following objects
- Employee information
- Employee absences
- Employee benefits
The Iris integration does not support Copy or Delete for employee bank details as the Iris API does not support it out of the box.

Before you start
- Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
- Make sure you access to your Iris Cascade API with a set of client key and client secret.
If not you will need to request these from Iris HR API in order to for MineOs to automate the DSR handling process
Setting up
To connect the Iris integration, follow the steps below:
- Now go over to your Mine Portal. Go to “Data Sources” and look for “Iris”.
- Enter your Client Secret and Client Key
- "Enable the integration" using the toggle and click "Save."
That's it! MineOS is now connected to your Iris account. You can now easily anonymize your customers' data and get copies from Iris.
