Gem DSR Integration

Automating your privacy operations by integrating MineOS with Gem

This integration allows you to:

  • Automate Data Subject Requests (DSR) for user data from Gem.
  • Preview and search candidate data in Gem.
  • Delete candidate data in Gem.

Before you start

  • Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
  • Make sure you have access to the Gem API.
  • Reach out to your Gem Admins on your team to provision an API key
  • Have a dedicated User ID to use in delete operations.

Setting up 

To connect the Gem integration, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Inventory in MineOS.
  2. Add Gem if it doesn't exist there.
  3. Add a new integration instance integration
  4. Click Setup Integration.

  5. Insert your API key and a user id to perform delete operations on behalf of. There is no need to edit the base url.

  6. Click finish and you are good to go!
