Freshdesk Integration

Automate your privacy requests fulfillment flow by integrating MineOS to Freshdesk

This integration allows you to automate deletion and copy requests of user data from Freshdesk.

Before you start

• Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
• Make sure you are a Freshdesk user with administrator permissions.

Setting up

To connect the Freshdesk integration, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Freshdesk Account.
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings
   

3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key

   
   
4. Now go over to your Mine Portal. Go to “Data Sources” and look for “Freshdesk”.
   
   
5. Enter your Domain and API key
6. "Enable the integration" using the toggle and click "Save."
   
   

That's it! MineOS is now connected to your Freshdesk account. You can now easily delete your customers' data from Freshdesk.
