Automating your privacy request fulfillment by integrating MineOS to Cordial
This integration allows you to automate deletion and copy data requests of contacts from Cordial.
Before you start
Make sure:
- Your MineOS plan supports integrations.
- The user installing the integration is able to create an API key in Cordial
Setting up
To connect the Cordial integration, follow the steps below:
- Start by creating an API key in Cordial.
- Whitelist MineOS IPs.
- Add the following permissions: Get contacts, get single contact, add new contact to the system and delete a single contact.
- On the left sidebar, click “Data Sources”. In the Data Sources page click "Add data source", search for Cordial in the integrations list and click "Add".
- Scroll down to the component titled “Request handling”
- Select “Handle this data source in privacy requests”
- Select “Integration” as the handling style (see image below).
- Add the API key created in step 1.
- For accounts located at HTTPS://usw2.admin.cordial.io/ the location field must specify "usw2". For accounts located elsewhere, this field may be left blank.
