Set up Email notifications to stay informed about new DSRs in real time.
Before You Start
Ask your Customer Success Manager to setup your company's portal for the Email Notifications automation.
Setting up
- Go to Settings > Automations > Dashboard.
- Pick the "Notify by Email on New Privacy Request" integration and click configure.
- Click next on the configuration page:
- Enter the recipient(s) email:

After completing the integration setup, a green notification will appear to confirm completion.

Finally, inform your Customer Success Manager that the configuration is complete and request activation of the integration.
