      Adding New Data Flows

      Learn how to add a data source or party to your Data Flow diagram.

      Adding New Data Flows

      First, select the Processing Activity to which the Data Flow is relevant, and scroll down until you see the Data Flows component.

      Select "Yes" next to "Do you want to visualize the data flow for this activity?" to start a Data Flow diagram.

       Then, click on "Manage entities" to add, remove, or edit entities (see image below). After managing your list of entities, begin creating your data flow. Assign Data origin(s) for each data source or entity from the dropdown menu.

      You can add up to 10 additional entities and up to 3 locations per entity.

      Note: You cannot remove entities that are being used in Data Flows.
