Mira AI Agents - Business Details setup

The article describes how to configure Mira AI Agents for business use by defining core company details, workflows, data sources, and rules so agents can deliver accurate, compliant, and context-aware interactions aligned with business goals.

 

Navigation: 

1. Click on the bottom left button with the account name

2. Go to "Settings"

3. On the top right of the screen, click on the "Edit your business details" button.

4. Fill out the details with the following information:

  • Headquarters/head office location

  • Company name

  • Data subjects (such as users, patients, customers, and employees)

  • Data subject locations for both employees and customers

  • Brief company description (1–2 sentences about what your company does)

  • Business model (e.g., B2B, B2C, marketplace, internal services)

  • Industry/vertical

  • Company size (approximate employee count)

  • Key services or products

  • Any specific regulatory or compliance focus (if applicable)
