This integration allows you to automate deletion and copy requests for FullStory data. MineOS offers two versions of the FullStory integration — choose the one that matches how your DSR tickets identify data subjects:

What this integration does?
- FullStory (Internal ID): Deletes all data for a user identified by their FullStory UID, which must be entered manually on each ticket. FullStory (Email): Deletes all data for a user identified by their email address — MineOS resolves the UID automatically before executing the deletion
- Copy requests are automated by Sending a copy of the user data held.
- The Email integration automatically looks up the data subject's FullStory user ID using their email address — no manual input needed on DSR tickets
Before you start
- Make sure your MineOS plan supports automatic integrations.
- Ensure you have a FullStory account with permissions to create an API key.

[Optional] Enable Preview mode to view sample PII values alongside classification results. The sample values are stored encrypted and automatically deleted after 7 days. You must enable Preview mode before running the scan to see sample values. For more information about how to set up Preview mode go here.

- FullStory Free
Setting up
To connect the FullStory integration, please follow the steps below:
Special note:
- FullStory updated how keys are generated and displayed in your Settings. This change means it is no longer possible to view your API key in plain text. Any keys you already have will still function. If you need to copy your API key, you will simply have to create a new key using the new API key management process.

On the left sidebar, click “Data Sources” and search for FullStory in the integration list.
- Next, enter FullStory API key.
- If you don’t have a FullStory API key, follow these steps to create one:
- Click “Create key” button at the top-right corner of the keys list.
- Enter a key name and select the "Admin" key permissions.
- Copy the presented key.
- Back in the MineOS, paste the API key.
- After pasting your API key, click “Test your integration” so MineOS can verify the key.
- Click "Enable integration" and “Save”.
You're done! MineOS has been connected to your FullStory account.
Which integration did you set up?
FullStory (Internal ID) Once connected, each DSR ticket will show a manual field asking you to enter the data subject's Internal ID (UID) — this is the application-specific user ID your company passed to FullStory via the FS.identify() API. You can find it in the user card inside the FullStory app. — If the UID entered is incorrect or not found in FullStory, the deletion will return an error.
FullStory (Email) No manual step needed. MineOS will use the data subject's email address to automatically look up their FullStory UID and execute the deletion. If no matching user is found in FullStory for that email, the request will complete with 0 records deleted — no error is raised.
