Docebo DSR Integration

This integration allows you to automate delete & copy requests for Docebo

Before you start

• Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
• Make sure you have sufficient permissions to create an OAuth app - Account Admin permissions

Setting up

Mine for Business

1. From your Mine for Business account, select Data Sources and search for Docebo.
   
   
2. Open the configuration page for Docebo data source.
3. Prepare your OAuth Docebo credentials.
4. Make sure you have the relevant fields that are needed:
   1. Your Docebo Base URL
5. 1. Client ID
   2. Client Secret
   3. Grant Type should be: password
   4. Scope should be: api
   5. Username
   6. Password
6. In Request Handling > click on Integration and click Setup Integration:
   
7. Insert all the fields for Docebo's OAuth app:
   
   
8. Click Finish to complete the process.
